About Me
I am a designer, mentor, and volunteer.
I bring a genuine enthusiasm to my projects because I truly love what I do! I frequently integrate custom patterns, illustrations, and typography into my work, believing that these elements can breathe new life into my brand, print, and experiential design work.
Dedicating time to volunteering in my community is very important to me. My rescue wonder dog, Ellie, and I are a certified dog therapy team and make weekly visits to hospice patients and an LGBTQ+ teen center. I also enjoy bringing the Boston design community together through being a co-chair for the Society for Experiential Graphic Design (SEGD) Boston chapter. I love taking time to educate students of all ages about careers in art and design.
I regularly take time for student advising and design mentoring on my own and through the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) mentorship program. I am also proud to be a Big Sister mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters.
When I am not creating for work, I am still designing for play. Art and design play a huge role in my well-being, whether its through gardening, darkroom and digital photography, or printmaking. In addition to creating, I love sampling unique chocolate, exploring remote places, and spending time outdoors with Ellie.
